Small Group Kick Off!

Small Groups meet weekly for 12-16 weeks in the fall and spring. Groups are either topical, with a focus on a particular book or study, or sermon centered which will focus on the scripture and topic of the upcoming Sunday message.

Our Fall semester of small groups will start the week of September 22nd, 2019 and wrap up in mid-December. These groups meet in homes around the city throughout the week and either study along with the current sermon series or choose a special topic. Small Groups are designed to help you dive deeper into community and your relationship with God.

If you have any questions or want a recommendation for which group would be best suited for you, please email topher@area10church.com

Q Commons - "Create A Better Future"

This two-hour live event will educate Christians on how they can bring hope and leadership to their communities in a critical cultural moment.

In a divided world where there are plenty of problems to solve, what does it look like to offer hope?

To gather, to dream, to discuss and to think well about the future?

To be the kind of people who bring tangible solutions to our cities?

To advance the common good?

This October, partner with us and bring Malcolm Gladwell, Francis Chan and Rebekah Lyons to your community as we imagine together how we can create a better future for our neighbors, our churches, and our own lives.

During this special event, Richmond will join with thousands of attendees in hundreds of cities to be equipped on how to engage this unique, American moment.

Join us Thursday, October 24, 2019, from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, as we gather at The Byrd Theater to learn and consider how to create a better future in Richmond.

Level Up Sunday for A10 Kids

Our official Level Up Sunday is next Sunday, September 8th! School is back in full swing, and we want to celebrate with the kids who are moving up to a new classroom in Area 10 Kids! If you have a child moving from toddlers up to preschool, preschool up to elementary, or elementary up to Middle, our A10 Kids and A10 Students leaders are here to make that transition easy and fun!

If you have any questions about your kids transition, Aly (A10 Kids Director) and TJ (A10 Student Director) will be hanging out at 2810: a community gathering place after both services THIS Sunday, September 8th to chat and ease any anxiety you or your kids might be feeling about being in a new classroom.

We are excited to celebrate this big step with you and your family! You can also email Aly or TJ if you have any questions.
