A10 STUDENT MINISTRY

The A10 Student Ministry provides the opportunity for our middle and high school students to start and continue their faith journey. On Sunday mornings this includes students worshiping with their family at the Byrd in one of our services.

As relationships are fundamental to faith development of students, we offer a program on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM at 2810 W. Cary Street where those relationships, both with adults and peers, can be fostered.  Through large group teachingS and small group discussions, students can answer their questions about faith and apply those truths to their own lives. There’s also a fair amount of games, music, snacks, and laughter!

At A10 Students, it is our goal to provide environments where students can encounter God and families are encouraged and equipped in leading their students in a growing relationship with Jesus. We see our role as coming alongside the family as they lead their families in spiritual ways. As we partner together through weekly programs, special events and resources we value the trust you place in us. Your middle or high schooler is welcome to join us any time for our weekly program on Wednesday evenings, where we support students as they experience, explore and engage their faith.

2024 theme: THE REST OF YOUR LIFE

DO YOU FEEL PRESSURED?

To measure up?

To be the best the brightest, the funniest, the prettiest, the strongest?

To try harder, work longer, never let up, never give in, and never quit?

DO YOU WONDER WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO WITH THE REST OF YOUR LIFE?

Does all your striving, all your efforts to keep up, to stand out, to be noticed, to make someone proud only lead to being tired, exhausted, burnt-out, worn-out, fatigued, and weary?

IF SO, THEN JESUS HAS SOMETHING HE WANTS YOU TO HEAR,

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Join us this summer and let Jesus give you the REST of your life - for the rest of your life.
