July
This month’s theme focuses on how we can dive fully into what God has called us to do, knowing we’re never alone. God is good and always there to help. Just like a swim teacher shows the right strokes, the Holy Spirit guides us in how to love others. And like a lifeguard who never stops watching, God is always looking out for us. We can call on Him anytime, and He will be there.
This Month’s Attribute of God: God is good.
Our stories this month magnify God’s goodness by revealing His character through different life experiences. The Psalms remind us that God lovingly guides us, speaks to us through His Word, and invites us to live in a way that honors Him. Even in times of sorrow or struggle, we are encouraged to bring our emotions to God and remember His faithfulness. The Psalms also highlight God’s care and protection, showing that He is always with us, providing what we need. As we look back on His actions throughout history, we are inspired to give thanks for His constant love and never-ending goodness.
Monthly Memory Verse: The Lord is good to all, and His mercy is over all that He has made. (Psalm 145:9)
Big Question (For PreK/Toddler): How do I know God is good? Through His love for us.
