mission of lead Team
Coming soon… (To be determined by students)
Why do we call it “lead team”?
This group is about an action, not a role. To LEAD, is to take action and bring others with you to a better place. Into a community where they can experience a needed sense of belonging, and most importantly, into a deeper relationship with Jesus. We want to focus on that action of leading, and not the title of being a leader.
We also call it a team instead of a group, because it implies that it takes everyone working together to accomplish the mission.
Lead team — expectations
Coming soon… (set by students)
What does it mean to lead others (in general & in the church)?
What does a leader in the church look like (think characteristics)?
If I (that's you) am going be a leader in the church, what should be expected of me?
